Cancellation terms: The customer has no right to a refund of the amount paid (deposit/pre-authorisation) for the conclusion of the contract in the event of cancellation within 15 days before arrival (note, other agencies that collaborate with us may have other terms of cancellation).

Tourist tax (tax for stays from may 1st to october 30th)

The tourist tax of 1.20 euros per person is paid for each overnight stay up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights in the calendar year.

Are excluded from the payment:

• those enrolled in the registry office of the municipalities of the Province of Brindisi
• minors up to the age of thirteen
• non self-sufficient disabled people with suitable medical documentation
• subjects who stay in accommodation facilities following measures adopted by public authorities, to deal with situations of a social nature as well as emergencies, resulting from calamitous or extraordinary events or for humanitarian relief purposes
• volunteers who serve during disasters
• bus drivers and tour leaders and/or tour guides who provide assistance to groups organized by travel and tourism agencies. The exemption applies to each coach driver and to a tour leader and/or tour guide for every 25 participants
• personnel belonging to the state police and other armed forces who carry out public order and security activities, as defined in the Consolidated Law on Public Safety R.D. 18 June 1931, no. 773, and the subsequent Implementing Regulation referred to in R.D. 6 May 1940, no. 635
• pupils/students on educational trips and their companions

Compulsory supplements to be paid locally:

Flat rate consumption in the two-room and three-room apartments (water, electricity, bed linen / towels, final cleaning) € 50.00 per stay

Optional supplements to be paid locally:

• Cot/bed (accepted free of charge if belonging to the customer) € 50.00 per week or € 20.00 per day
• Extra change of bed linen € 10.00
• Extra change of towels € 10.00
• Extra cleaning at the request of the customer € 30.00
• Washing machine service € 5.00 per wash including detergents

Up to the 3rd year of age they stay for free if they sleep in the bed with their parents, otherwise the cot/bed supplement is required

Animals: are not allowed

Washing machine service at the structure in Torre Santa Sabina: € 5.00 per wash including detergents

Breakfast: included for the hotel formula rooms and NOT for the residence formula (the latter can include it or ask for it directly at the bar at a cost of € 8.00 per person), it is served in the Torre Santa Sabina structure from 7:30 to 10: 00
