Cancellation Policy: The customer is not entitled to a refund of the amount paid (deposit/pre-authorization) to conclude the contract in the event of cancellation within 15 days of arrival (please note that other agencies that work with us may have different cancellation terms).

Tourist tax (tax for stays from April 1st to October 30th)

The tourist tax of €1.50 per person is payable for each overnight stay, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights in a calendar year.

The following are exempt from payment:

• Persons registered in the registry offices of the municipalities of the Province of Brindisi
• Minors up to the age of thirteen
• Persons with disabilities who are not self-sufficient with appropriate medical documentation
• Persons staying in accommodation facilities following measures adopted by public authorities to address social and emergency situations, resulting from natural disasters or extraordinary events, or for humanitarian relief purposes
• Volunteers providing services during disasters
• Bus drivers and tour guides and/or tour guides providing assistance to groups organized by travel and tourism agencies. The exemption applies to each bus driver and one tour guide and/or
• tour guide for every 25 participants
• State police personnel and other armed forces carrying out public order and safety activities, as defined in the Consolidated Law on Public Safety, Royal Decree No. 773 of June 18, 1931, and the subsequent Implementing Regulation referred to in Royal Decree No. May 6, 1940, n. 635
• Students on school trips and their accompanying adults

Breakfast: Included for hotel rooms and NOT for residence rooms (residence rooms can include it or request it directly at the bar for €8.00 per person). Breakfast is served at the Torre Santa Sabina facility from 7:30 to 10:00.
